Job summary

Thriveworks Counseling seeks licensed clinicians pursuing Texas State Licensure as LPCA in Midland, TX to provide a mix of telehealth and face-to-face sessions.

Qualifications

• Approved by the board as a LPCA
• Must be seeking independent licensure in Texas
• Graduate of an approved 60-credit hour program
• Graduate or post-graduate work in counseling for depression and anxiety
• Experience conducting intakes and diagnosing under supervision (preferred)
• Available for at least 25 sessions weekly (30 hours)
• Proficient with telehealth and EHR tools
• Willing to work with a variety of clients including couples and children

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, evidence-based counseling
• Build a full caseload within 90 days of credentialing

Thriveworks Counseling is seeking individuals pursuingTexasState Licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor Associate in Midland, Texas to provide a mix of telehealth and face-to-face sessions.

About the Role

We’re hiring licensed clinicians to provide compassionate, evidence-based care to our more than 175,000 clients across the country. You may be a good fit for this role if you’re:

• Approved by the board as a LPCA
• Must be seeking independent licensure and living in Texas
• Must reside within 45 minutes of the office location. Ability to work in the office for the probationary period and then work a hybrid model (50% in office and 50% remote).
• A graduate of an approved 60-credit hour program
• Graduate or Post-graduate work experience in a counseling setting treating depression and anxiety is required
• Graduate or Post-graduate work experience independently conducting intakes and diagnosing (preferred) according to the current DSM-5 under a licensed supervisor.
• Consistently available to clients for a minimum of 25 sessions with 30 hours of availability weekly
• A behavioral health generalist who is open to treating a variety of clients, including couples and children
• Invested in helping your clients achieve measurable progress
• Confident working with modern clinical technology, including telehealth and EHR tools
• A good teammate — we’re building a clinical community and value positive contributors

Compensation

Up to $51,700 based on licensure type, session volume, and bonus opportunities. Full-time clinicians are eligible for health insurance, student loan repayment assistance, paid time off, and other employer-sponsored benefits.

How We Support You

We handle the administrative work so you can focus on what you do best: providing exceptional care. That means credentialing, billing, scheduling, and marketing support taken care of for you, plus paid orientation and training to get you started. You’ll build a full caseload within 90 days of credentialing, with flexible scheduling available seven days a week from 7 a.m. to 10 p.m. ET.
