VulcanForms in Massachusetts is looking for an Additive Manufacturing Equipment & Process Manager to lead the management of their laser powder bed fusion platform. The role includes overseeing equipment, managing a team of operators, and driving process development.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of direct LPBF experience with demonstrated expertise in process parameter development.
• Hands-on experience in developing and qualifying parts in high-performance alloy systems.
• Prior experience managing or leading technical teams.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage the LPBF equipment fleet.
• Manage a team of machine operators and maintenance technicians.
• Develop process parameters for relevant alloy systems.
• Drive new product development and coordinate with engineering teams.
• Manage production build planning and execution.
• Primary contact for equipment and powder suppliers.
• Drive continuous improvement in yield and machine utilization.
• Document process standards and maintain SOPs.
