Job summary

Career Launch AI is seeking an LP Reporting Analyst to support private markets reporting, investor communications, and fund transparency. You will collaborate with finance, investor relations, and operations to ensure accurate, timely LP materials.

Responsibilities include preparing quarterly/annual LP packages, calculating IRR and MOIC metrics, tracking capital activity, and supporting audits and investor presentations. Strong Excel and data skills are essential for this role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or related field.
• Knowledge of private markets metrics (IRR, TVPI, DPI, MOIC).
• Advanced Excel skills; experience with reporting software, fund accounting systems, or Power BI/Tableau is a plus.
• Ability to manage multiple deadlines across reporting cycles.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare quarterly and annual LP reporting packages, including capital account statements and portfolio updates.
• Calculate and review fund-level metrics such as IRR, MOIC, DPI, RVPI, TVPI.
• Track capital calls, distributions, commitments, and unfunded obligations.
• Reconcile fund data with administrators, custodians, and internal systems.
• Support preparation of investor presentations, fundraising materials, and DDQs.
• Assist with audit processes and deliver financial statements to LPs.
• Maintain investor reporting databases and CRM systems.
• Ensure accuracy, timeliness, and consistency of external communications.
• Respond to ad hoc LP inquiries regarding performance and capital activity.
