Job summary

Qualifications

• Citizenship and residency requirements must be met.
• Must be CLEET-certified or have Peace Officer certification per level.
• Must be at least 21 years old and willing to travel extensively.

Responsibilities

• Inspect LP gas equipment and structures for compliance with state and federal laws.
• Investigate LP gas incidents, fires, and violations; advise operators on corrective actions.
• Provide instructional safety courses for LP permit holders and testing applicants.
• Serve as first responder at LP gas incidents and coordinate on-scene safety.
