Job summary

Lennox is seeking a Marketing student for a part-time co-op in Richardson, TX. You will gain hands-on experience in customer marketing, loyalty programs, and promotional strategy while balancing your studies.

You will support loyalty campaigns, analyze performance, and collaborate with cross-functional teams. This internship offers relocation support and competitive pay, with 20–30 hours per week starting Jan/Feb 2027.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a Bachelor’s or graduate degree in Marketing or a closely related field.
• Available to start January or February 2027.
• Able to work 20–30 hours per week during the semester.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Support loyalty and customer engagement campaigns
• Help launch dealer and consumer promotions
• Analyze campaign performance and develop reports and insights
