Lennox is offering an internship in its Marketing group focused on supporting key projects and daily operations. You will analyze data, identify trends, and help prepare summaries for leadership. You will participate in team meetings, collaborate with cross-functional partners, and take ownership of tasks with accuracy and timeliness.

Successful interns may have the opportunity to join Lennox full-time after graduation. Relocation and/or travel may be required for the position.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a bachelor’s or master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or Management.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a professional setting.
• Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
• Positive attitude and willingness to contribute to a culture of teamwork and continuous improvement.

Responsabilités

• Support the Marketing team with assigned projects and daily operations.
• Analyze data, identify trends, and assist with reporting or project summaries.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas to improve processes and efficiency.
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners to complete deliverables and share insights.
• Take ownership of individual tasks and meet project deadlines with accuracy and attention to detail.
• Demonstrate professionalism, adaptability, and a willingness to learn new tools and systems.
• Present project findings or outcomes to the Marketing and business leaders at the end of the internship.
