Job summary

The Nature Conservancy in Conshohocken, PA is seeking a Loyal Donor Officer to engage with donors and support our stewardship program. This role focuses on securing bequest notifications, cultivating loyal supporters, and uncovering major gift potential to advance conservation priorities.

You will work closely with fundraising staff in a fast-paced team, travel as needed, and bring a passion for donor-centered fundraising and conservation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 5 years related experience or equivalent.
• Experience building relationships with donors, volunteers, and staff.
• Experience managing multiple prospects and donors.
• Experience with cross-functional teams.
• Experience or training in fundraising principles and practices.
• Multilingual; multicultural background is a plus.
• Strong listening, diplomacy and tact to motivate donors.

Responsibilities

• Secure bequest notifications and steward our loyal supporters.
• Uncover major and planned gift potential.
• Collaborate with fundraising staff to execute cultivation plans.
• Travel as needed to meet donors and partners.
