Come be a part of the teaching team at New Way Academy for the 2026-2027 school year! We are seeking a highly qualified teacher to join our lower school team. We are looking for educators who will support the school’s mission to educate children with learning differences to fulfill their potential.

New Way Academy is an independent, K-12 day school in Phoenix, Arizona.   • Deliver instruction to classes of up to 12 students in the subject area assigned, adapting curriculum to meet the needs of each group throughout the day
  • Differentiate instruction to remediate what students need to learn and push them to rigorous content understanding
  • Maintain and utilize accurate and up-to-date data regarding student achievement
  • Empower students through high expectations, consistent routines, and strategies for success
  • Contribute to the drafting of each student’s IEP or similar student plan
  • Develop and maintain strong working relationships with parents, students, and colleagues
  • Work collaboratively with the other level and content teams

Education, Certificate, and Requirements

Compensation
  • Competitive compensation based on experience in a range of $55,000 to $65,000
