The Meadowbrook School is seeking a passionate Lower School Music Teacher to start in the 2025-2026 academic year. This full-time position involves teaching music classes to students from junior kindergarten to grade 5, planning performances, and collaborating with the Arts Department, while fostering a love for music in young learners.
The Meadowbrook School of Weston, a junior kindergarten through eighth grade school located seven miles west of Boston, is seeking a Lower School Music Teacher to join our faculty starting in the 2025-2026 academic year.
This full-time teacher is responsible for teaching music and choral classes in JK through grade 5. Students in these grades are provided multiple opportunities to perform for audiences throughout the year. The Lower School Music Teacher, in partnership with the Head of Lower School and the Arts Department Chair, is responsible for planning and carrying out performance events. Additional daily responsibilities include primary duties, writing reports, communicating with families, and attending faculty and division meetings.

Requirements:
Annualized salary for faculty is determined according to a step scale commensurate with experience.
