Responsibilities

Lead daily life and operations of the Lower School division in partnership with the Head of Lower School
Develop and implement division priorities, policies, and scheduling
Coordinate academic planning, class enrollment, and co-curricular activities
Oversee student progress, reporting, and records with a focus on continuity across divisions
Support faculty through supervision, observation, feedback, and professional growth
Engage families and manage partnerships to sustain a vibrant school community
