Job summary

Whitefield Academy is seeking a part-time Cub Care supervisor to oversee students from PreK through fourth grade during after-school hours. Primary duties include guiding activities, ensuring safety, and supporting homework completion under the Cub Care Director.

The role requires no education degree, but experience with elementary-aged students is preferred; some responsibilities may be outside regular hours as needed.

Qualifications

• Experience working with elementary-aged students preferred.
• No education degree required.

Responsibilities

• Serve under a team director in facilitating daily activities for students.
• Interact with students on the playground and in a classroom environment.
• Aid in student homework completion (grades first through fourth).
• Communicate needs or concerns to the Cub Care Director.
• Exhibit authority to students and maintain an atmosphere of care and safety at all times.
• Adhere to the bylaws, policies and procedures, and to all laws that govern the school and its actions.
• Other responsibilities as assigned by administration.
