Tufts Medicine is offering a Community RN Career Direct Care Pathway at Lowell General Hospital, Saints and Main Campus. The program begins November 9, 2026, and progresses through four levels based on RN experience, education, and qualifications.
The RN will provide direct nursing care to patients and families according to established policies and procedures. Minimum qualifications include Massachusetts RN licensure with NCLEX, 0–12 months RN experience, and current BLS certification.
The Community RN Career Direct Care Pathway placement is comprised of four levels based on a RN’s minimum experience, education, and qualifications. Level I - 0 – Less than 12 Months of RN Experience. Level II - 12 Months - Less than 3 Years of RN Experience. Level III - 3 Years - Less than 8 Years of RN Experience. Level IV - 8 Years of RN Experience.

Pay Range: $37.50 - $43.49
