Job summary

Broad Run Contracting LLC is seeking a CDL A truck driver to operate a lowboy tractor-trailer and move asphalt and earthwork equipment to multiple job sites.

The role requires experience hauling heavy equipment, a valid CDL Class A, and the ability to load/unload at various locations. This year-round position offers overtime, 40-55 hours weekly, and a benefits package including medical and dental. OT after 40 hours and safety adherence are expected.

Qualifications

• Experience hauling heavy equipment.
• Experience operating lowboy tractor-trailers.
• Experience operating heavy equipment (loader, excavator, dozer, asphalt, etc.).
• Have an operational knowledge of heavy equipment to be transported and be able to load and unload equipment from lowboy trailer.

• Operate a lowboy tractor-trailer and transport asphalt & earthwork equipment to and from a variety of job sites.
• Operate the equipment to perform waste tire removal and communicate the trailer flow during the clean-up.
• When not performing a clean-up, perform switch-outs at multiple customer locations, shuttle trailers between turn-point locations, or operate equipment at the plant to move tire waste.

Broad Run Contracting is hiring a lowboy driver able to operate asphalt equipment & earthwork equipment (training available)

• Year-round work

Overview:

You are responsible for operating a lowboy tractor-trailer combo and transporting asphalt & earthwork equipment to and from a variety of job sites. You will operate the equipment to perform waste tire removal and communicate the trailer flow during the clean-up. When you aren't performing a clean-up, you will perform switch-outs at multiple customer locations, shuttle trailers between turn-point locations, or operate equipment at the plant to move tire waste.

Available Shift:

• Monday-Friday | 8-12 hour shifts
• Saturday work is available
• 40-55 hours weekly (OT after 40)

CDL A Truck Driver Requirements:

• Must be at least 21 years of age
• Must have valid CDL Class A issued by the state of legal residence with necessary endorsements and DOT qualifications
• Good driving record / MVR
• Legally able to work in the United States
