Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of warehouse, inventory, logistics, or material management experience.
• Minimum 3 years in low voltage, structured cabling, telecommunications, or related industry.
• Strong knowledge of low voltage materials and terminology.
• Ability to identify manufacturer part numbers and SKUs.
• Experience supervising warehouse personnel is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily warehouse operations, organization, safety, and security.
• Maintain inventory locations, labeling, shelving, and controls.
• Develop procedures for receiving, stocking, picking, staging, issuing, and transferring materials.
• Coordinate with Project Managers and Estimators for material requirements.
• Review project material needs and stage by project/phase/crew.
• Receive shipments, verify against orders, and label correctly.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and cycle counts.
• Track tool/equipment inventory and coordinate maintenance.
• Support field operations by ensuring materials are ready for mobilization.
