Job summary

Wachter is accepting resumes for a Low Voltage Operations Manager in the MT Laurel, NJ area. You will lead and coach a PM team and technicians, manage warehouse operations, and drive profitability with strong customer relations.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years experience in the local Structured Cabling/Technology market and solid local business contacts. We seek self-motivated, reliable professionals who can work independently and build relationships with suppliers and clients.

Qualifications

• College education desirable; HS Diploma or GED required.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word).
• Excellent written and verbal communications skills.
• Strong PM and QM knowledge and experience.
• 3–5 years experience in local Structured Cabling/Technology market.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and manage PMs and technicians.
• Manage warehouse inventory, tools, and fleet vehicles.
• Oversee time-sheets and expense report submittals and approvals.
• Hire process of field and office resources; employee training.
• Ensure adherence to safety requirements (OSHA).
• Manage vendor invoices and project costing with design team.
• Forecast monthly results and assist in collections as needed.
