We are looking for motivated, dependable individuals — both entry‑level General Laborers and experienced Low Voltage Technicians — to join active job sites in the Midland, TX area, with immediate openings at school sites in Greenwood, TX. These are contract positions with full‑time hours (45 hours per week), offering competitive hourly pay based on experience.
Experienced Low Voltage Technicians will take on more independent responsibilities, including pulling, routing, and terminating structured cabling systems across active projects.
This is a locally focused opportunity — candidates must be based in the Midland/Odessa or Lubbock area and able to commute daily to job sites. All candidates working on school projects will be required to pass a background check. No relocation or travel compensation is provided.
No formal educational requirement. Relevant trade experience, vocational training, or on‑the‑job experience in construction or low voltage systems is preferred.
