Job summary

Walmart is hiring a Low-Voltage Technician to setup and configure low-voltage systems across facilities, including security, CCTV, fire alarms, and networking. You will run cables, perform maintenance, and troubleshoot to ensure system reliability.

The role involves working Monday to Friday 8-5 with overtime as needed, full-time benefits, tuition reimbursement, and a pathway for advancement within Walmart's Live Better program.

Qualifications

• Reading blueprints, schematics, and wiring diagrams is required.
• Experience using hand tools, power tools, and testing equipment is needed.
• Knowledge of local electrical codes and standards is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Set up and configure low-voltage systems (security, fire alarms, CCTV, audio/video, network cabling).
• Run, terminate, and label cables per project requirements and industry standards.
• Perform maintenance checks and resolve issues to minimize downtimes and restore functionality.
• Provide technical support and end-user training for low-voltage systems.
