Job summary

Teledata Technologies seeks a dedicated Low Voltage Technician to support commercial client projects in Northern Nevada. You will install and service voice, data, and fiber optic wiring, CCTV, card access, and A/V systems, ensuring code compliance and high-quality results.

Qualifications

• Installation, termination, troubleshooting and repair of cables, jacks, patch panels, etc.
• Color vision to identify color coded wiring
• Must be able to communicate effectively in English
• Must be able to lift 50 lbs
• Must read architectural drawings
• Must accommodate OT work and shift changes
• OSHA 10 Construction or OSHA 30 card required
• Current NV driver’s license required

Responsibilities

• Perform voice/data/fiber optic work for commercial clients
• Install, troubleshoot, and repair low voltage systems (CCTV, card access, A/V)
• Work with up-to-date infrastructure technology
• Follow local installation codes and safety standards
