The Role: Low Voltage / Infrastructure Installer

We are looking for a motivated technician to assist with the installation of low voltage cabling and infrastructure including CAT5e, CAT6, and fiber optic systems. This role involves hands‑on physical work in residential and commercial environments. You will be responsible for pulling, routing, terminating, and testing cable runs to ensure clean, reliable, and well‑documented installations. We are a small team where every technician has real responsibility and direct impact on the quality of service our clients receive.

What You'll Do

• Pull, route, and terminate CAT5e and CAT6 copper cabling in residential and commercial environments
• Install and terminate single‑mode and multi‑mode fiber optic cable
• Install cabling support structures including cable trays, J‑hooks, and patch panels
• Test and certify completed cable runs using standard tools and certifiers
• Access and work safely in crawlspaces, ceiling cavities, and equipment rooms
• Read and follow basic floor plans and wiring diagrams
• Maintain clean, organized cable runs with proper labeling throughout
• Document completed work and report any issues to the project lead
