Job summary

Place Services, Inc. is seeking a qualified Low Voltage Systems Project Manager in Canton, GA. The role requires overseeing projects involving structured cabling, access control, video surveillance, and intrusion systems, with RCDD certification preferred.

You will scope requirements, assist estimating, and manage field teams on fast-paced projects, ensuring safety and compliance while coordinating with multiple trades.

Qualifications

• Experience installing low voltage systems including cabling, access control, video surveillance, and intrusion systems.
• Ability to obtain security clearances for federal projects.
• Safety-first mentality with professional presentation.
• Ability to read and interpret low voltage plans.
• Experience scoping requirements and quoting small to mid-sized projects.
• Knowledge of industry standards (BICSI, NEC, TIA/EIA) and coordination with trades.
• Minimum OSHA-10 Certification and RCDD credential.
• Proficiency with MS Office, Bluebeam, and testing equipment.

Responsibilities

• Organize and utilize resources and information to ensure efficient task execution.
• Submit all required task-related activities and documentation promptly.
• Monitor progress, identify issues, and mitigate risks.
• Assist Estimating with bids and quotes.
• Use test equipment to certify cabling and wiring faults.
• Initiate Change Orders with customers as needed.
• Track work to complete Change Orders and obtain approval.
• Travel 40-50%, primarily in the Southeast US.
• Work night shifts as project requires.
