Effective coordination and communication with stakeholders on complex sites.

Responsibilities

Plan, oversee, and coordinate low voltage installation activities and commissioning.
Lead and manage field crews; mentor and support field staff.
Coordinate with general contractors and other trades to ensure integration and readiness.
Review drawings, specifications, and submittals to ensure buildable, compliant execution.
Ensure quality workmanship, safety practices, and full code compliance.
Manage materials, subcontractor performance, and on-site execution needs.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues across fire alarm, security, data, and controls systems.
Drive continuous improvement and support innovative design-build electrical solutions.
