Job summary

Sancrest Llc seeks a Low Voltage Foreman to lead installation and maintenance of low voltage systems on commercial and industrial projects. You will supervise crews performing structured cabling and installing fire alarm, security, access control, and communications systems.

You will mentor technicians, support training, and foster a safety-first, team-oriented culture in collaboration with project managers and engineers. Strong leadership and blueprint-reading skills are essential.

Qualifications

Proven experience supervising low voltage installation and maintenance.
Strong knowledge of structured cabling, fire alarm, security, access control, and communications systems.
Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
Working understanding of code compliance, safety practices, and quality standards.
Leadership, mentoring, and crew coordination skills.
Effective collaboration with project management, engineers, and subcontractors.

Responsibilities

Lead installation and maintenance of low voltage systems on commercial/industrial projects.
Mentor technicians and apprentices, promote safety and teamwork.
Coordinate materials, schedule crews, and oversee subcontractors on site.
Ensure code compliance, safety and quality standards; interpret blueprints.
