  • Paid Time Off: Two weeks accrued annually
  • Unpaid Leave: Available with advance notice and management coordination
  • Health Benefits: 50% of employee-only health insurance premiums covered

  • Create detailed Bluebeam Revu markups/redlines and coordinate with the drafting team producing construction drawings in Revit (Revit proficiency not required for this role)
  • Coordinate low-voltage designs with other disciplines
  • Support construction administration for low-voltage scope, including responses to RFIs, review of submittals, and periodic site observation to verify installation conformance to design intent
  • Participate in design review and production meetings with the engineering team and clients
Requirements

  • Experience with Washington State public works projects, particularly DES-managed projects
  • Experience designing behavioral health, correctional, juvenile rehabilitation, or other secure facilities
  • Familiarity with existing-facility renovation work, including phasing and maintaining system operation during construction
  • Additional credentials such as NICET Fire Alarm Systems, BICSI DCDC or OSP, or AVIXA CTS-D are a plus
