Job summary

Faith Technologies, Inc. is seeking a Specialty Systems Superintendent to lead the installation, troubleshooting, and maintenance of complex systems across multiple projects. The role requires coordinating 10+ technicians, ensuring safety and quality while meeting project goals.

Travel will be 60-75% to client sites; work hours are 6 am–6 pm, Monday–Friday, with potential nights and weekends. You will drive schedules, upsell where appropriate, and manage outages and risk with teams.

  • Education: EST Apprenticeship Program completed.
  • Willingness to travel 60-75% to customer sites.
  • Experience with complex or technical installations.

Responsibilities

  • Supervises installation of specialty systems (10+ technicians) and/or multiple projects, ensuring cost targets.
  • Travels to customer premises to install, troubleshoot and maintain systems (copper/fiber cabling, CCTV, WLAN, fire alarm, access control, etc.).
  • Develops and integrates project schedules with other trades.
  • Demonstrates experience with complex installations.
  • Develops accounts to expand scope and generate revenue through upselling and pricing.
  • Performs other related duties as required.

Specialty Systems Superintendents are responsible for installations, troubleshooting and maintenance through well versed knowledge of the BICSCI Cabling Installation Program, National Institute for Certification in Engineering Technologies (NICET), and National Electrical Code (NEC). Our job site professionals thrive under self-directed management to complete projects on time and safely. All job site employees participate and drive safety initiatives such as tool-box talks and operational risk management meetings to proactively identify safe practices for our people. Minimum Requirements

Education: Completion of Electronic Systems Technician (EST) Apprenticeship Program (if applicable)

Travel: 60-75%

Work Schedule: Between the hours of 6 am to 6 pm, Monday through Friday. May vary based on customer demands and can include, but is not limited to: nights, weekends, and holidays.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervises the installation of specialty systems (10+ technicians) and/or multiple projects simultaneously, while meeting or beating estimated job costs.
  • Travels to customer premises to install, troubleshoot, and maintain specialty systems (to include, but not limited to, copper/fiber structured cabling, outside plant, CATV, CCTV, WLAN, fire alarm, access control, security, audio, etc.).
  • Develops and integrates project schedules with other trades.
  • Possesses experience with complex and/or technical installations.
  • Independently develops accounts to widen scope and generates additional revenue through upselling, estimating, pricing and negotiation.
  • Performs other related duties as required and assigned.
