Job summary

Faith Technologies, Inc. is seeking Specialty Systems Technicians to install and troubleshoot a wide range of voice, data, security and life-safety systems on customer sites across the United States.

This role requires extensive travel (60-75%), a background from EST Apprenticeship, and the ability to read blueprints, assess tasks, and lead small crews while enforcing safety standards.

  • Completion of Electronic Systems Technician Apprenticeship Program (if applicable).
  • Willingness to travel 60–75%.

Responsibilities

  • Install and troubleshoot voice/data, fiber optics, fire alarm, security, access control, CCTV, and nurse call systems.
  • Analyze blueprints for job site knowledge.
  • Evaluate upcoming tasks and anticipate equipment, procedures and training needs.
  • Demonstrates the ability to complete an overall job layout for projects of limited scope and size.
  • Lead small crews (2–5 electricians).
  • Enforce a safe job site and maintain compliance with company safety, OSHA and customer-specific safety standards.
  • Demonstrates excellent customer relations through problem-solving techniques.
  • Performs other related duties as required and assigned.

Specialty Systems Technicians are responsible for a wide range of systems installations, troubleshooting and maintenance through well-versed knowledge of applicable codes and standards. Minimum Requirements

Education: Completion of Electronic Systems Technician (EST) Apprenticeship Program (if applicable)

Travel: 60-75%

Work Schedule: Between the hours of 6 am to 6 pm, Monday through Friday. May vary based on customer demands and can include, but is not limited to: nights, weekends, and holidays.

  • Leads small crews (2-5 electricians).
  • Enforces a safe job site and maintain compliance with company safety, OSHA and customer-specific safety standards.
  • Demonstrates excellent customer relations through utilization of effective problem-solving techniques.
  • Performs other related duties as required and assigned.
