About the role

Veredian Technologies is seeking a hands‑on Superintendent to lead field‑level execution on ICT deployments at hyperscale data centers for a confidential client. Reporting to the Project Manager, you will drive daily site operations, supervise General Foremen, enforce quality standards, and ensure work is executed safely and to schedule. This role demands full on‑site presence and significant project‑to‑project travel.

Responsibilities

• Onboard 2 months ahead of execution start alongside General Foremen
• Attend required manufacturer trainings and earn applicable certifications
• Conduct site visits to active deployments; begin training coordination with LVC
• Support site set‑up, initial mobilization, and scope familiarization

Execution

• Supervise the Veredian field team plus LVC contractor crews on site
• Drive daily work execution against the pull‑plan schedule and project milestones
• Enforce ICT best practices and prioritize work per client business requirements
• Coordinate 5S logistics and material handling practices with client logistics teams
• Identify and elevate field‑level schedule risks immediately
• Support QC inspections: rack and stack, trunk pulls per rack, patching per rack

Close‑out

• Support final walk‑throughs, QC sign‑offs, and project close‑out documentation

Qualifications

• 5+ years of field supervision experience in low‑voltage, structured cabling, or data center ICT
• Demonstrated ability to manage multi‑trade crews on complex, schedule‑driven projects
• Familiarity with cutsheets, cable testing, and rack‑and‑stack procedures
• Experience with 5S or equivalent inventory/logistics management approaches
• Strong verbal communication and crew leadership skills
• OSHA 10 or 30 required; manufacturer certifications preferred
• Must be fully available for extended on‑site deployments with project‑to‑project travel — this is not a local or hybrid role
