ADVANCED DATA CENTER SOLUTIONS LLC is seeking a Project Manager / Site Lead for a low‑voltage data center project in Childress, TX. This on‑site, contract role starts immediately and runs through December 2026, overseeing LV subcontractor crews and ensuring work meets schedule and scope requirements.

You will track installed quantities, prepare daily reports, and coordinate with GC and other trades while enforcing safety procedures and project processes.

Formación

• Experience as a construction PM, superintendent, foreman or field coordinator (commercial, industrial or data center preferred).
• Comfortable supervising subcontractors and holding them accountable.
• Detail-oriented with quantities: able to count, track and reconcile installed materials against plans.
• Strong written communication for daily reporting.
• Basic ability to read construction drawings.
• Proficient with email, Excel or Google Sheets, and mobile reporting tools.
• OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee LV subcontractor crews on site every day and keep work moving according to schedule and scope.
• Track and verify installed quantities, including cable runs, terminations, panels and related components.
• Write and submit accurate daily reports covering manpower, progress, quantities installed, issues and delays.
• Spot problems early (productivity, quality, materials, access) and escalation them to project leadership.
• Coordinate with the general contractor, other trades and site management as needed.
• Make sure subcontractors follow site safety requirements and project procedures.
• Keep photo documentation and simple progress logs.
