Job summary

CBX Solutions, LLC in Greenville, SC is seeking a Service Technician to repair and maintain component cable, category cable, fiber, wireless access points, cameras, and access control devices with or without direct onsite supervision.

The role requires installing, servicing, and maintaining various security and network cabling systems, along with company-owned equipment, while ensuring safety and teamwork. A 1-year background in security/IT/electronics and a valid driver's license are required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in the physical security, IT or electronics field.
• Experience configuring access control and surveillance systems.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Hold a valid driver’s license.
• Be at least 21 years old to operate company vehicles.
• Pass a background check and drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Install, service and maintain access control devices and electrified door hardware.
• Install, service and maintain cameras.
• Install, service and maintain cable pathway systems for security and network systems.
• Maintain company-owned equipment.
• Work in a team environment with other service team members.
• Observe safety rules and best practices.
