Job description

Responsibilities

• Lead crews of 2–8 technicians in the installation of cabling and network infrastructure.
• Review blueprints and oversee adherence to specifications and safety protocols.
• Coordinate tools, materials, and schedules with project management.
• Train and mentor junior team members.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in low voltage cabling.
• Prior leadership experience required.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel.

Preferred Certifications

• BICSI Technician or higher
• OSHA 30 safety certification

Compensation

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $28.00 – $35.00 per hour

Travel and Location

Willingness to Travel: 25–50%

Work Location: In person (field-based)
