This is a permanent position with local candidates preferred.

We’re seeking an experienced Low-Voltage Project Estimator & Field Supervisor to lead structured cabling and low-voltage infrastructure projects from site survey through closeout.

This is a hands‑on leadership role for someone who understands both the technical and operational sides of low-voltage work — able to scope, estimate, manage subcontractors, and lead field teams across multiple sites.

Key Responsibilities

Scoping & Pre-Construction

• Conduct site surveys and telecom closet walk‑throughs
• Develop Scope of Work (SOW) and documentation
• Identify risks and constructability challengesCollaborate with contractors, engineers, and clients
• Build labor, material, and equipment estimates
• Develop BOMs and project timelines

Field Execution

• Oversee rack & stack, cabling, and equipment installs
• Manage subcontractors and field crews
• Schedule manpower across job sites
• Ensure on‑time, high‑quality delivery

Project Oversight

• Track labor and materials
• Maintain as‑builts and closeout documentation

Qualifications

• 5–7+ years in structured cabling / low‑voltage systems
• Experience with site surveys, estimating, rack & stack, and field supervision
• Strong knowledge of CAT5e/6/6A, fiber, pathways, MDF/IDF buildouts
• Experience managing subcontractors and multi‑site teams
• Ability to read construction drawings
• Strong leadership and client‑facing communication skills
• Estimating tools (Accubid, ConEst, Bluebeam)
• BICSI certification (RCDD, TECH, Installer)
• Enterprise or multi‑site project experience
