Qualifications

• KNOWLEDGEABLE: NICET Certification in Fire Alarm Systems, BICSI or equivalent low voltage credentials; NFPA standards and codes knowledge.
• EXPERIENCED: Fire protection low voltage systems; construction, budgeting, contract management.
• EDUCATED: Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering, construction management, or related field.
• ORGANIZED: Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects and deadlines.
• A COMMUNICATOR: Strong verbal and written communication across audiences.

Responsibilities

• OPERATIONS MANAGEMENT: Oversee department operations, contracts, estimates, client relationships, vendors, and personnel.
• EXECUTE: Implement market strategies to grow local market share.
• FINANCIAL OVERSIGHT: Prepare and manage department budgets and monitor financials.
• LEAD: Mentor and guide team toward success.
• BUILD RELATIONSHIPS: Communicate with clients, project teams, and Moran staff.
