Qualifications

• KNOWLEDGEABLE: NICET Certification in Fire Alarm Systems, BICSI or equivalent low voltage credentials; NFPA standards and codes knowledge.
• EXPERIENCED: Fire protection low voltage systems; construction, budgeting, contract management.
• EDUCATED: Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering, construction management, or related field.
• ORGANIZED: Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects and deadlines.
• A COMMUNICATOR: Strong verbal and written communication across audiences.

• OPERATIONS MANAGEMENT: Oversee department operations, contracts, estimates, client relationships, vendors, and personnel.

As the Low Voltage Division Manager, you will be responsible for the overall success of the department, including managing day-to-day operations, providing leadership, and overseeing business development.

You Are:

• KNOWLEDGEABLE: NICET Certification in Fire Alarm Systems, BICSI or equivalent low voltage credentials, and Manufacturer training certifications preferred; Understanding of NFPA standards, International Building and Fire Codes, Accessibility Codes, and state and locally adopted life safety codes
• EXPERIENCED: Previous experience within Fire Protection in low voltage systems; Strong understanding of construction processes, budgeting, and contract management
• EDUCATED: Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering, construction management, or relevant field or equivalent experience
• ORGANIZED: Able to prioritize and follow up to manage multiple projects and deadlines
• A COMMUNICATOR: Effectively communicate and present both verbally and written to varied levels of audiences
