Job summary

Qualifications

• 3–6+ years of related electrical and communications design/engineering experience for commercial/industrial facilities.
• Proficiency with Revit and AutoCAD design software.
• Experience with existing building renovations and tenant improvements.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work in a collaborative team environment.

Responsibilities

• Use directives and design criteria to prepare low-voltage system designs for commercial/industrial facilities.
• Design and produce plans for voice, data, structured cabling, AV, security, access control, intrusion detection and related systems.
• Coordinate system scope, layout, and drawings with clients and other disciplines.
• Perform telecommunications and low-voltage systems analysis and develop concepts, layouts and details.
• Oversee projects from inception through final transition, ensuring schedules and budgets are met.
• Prepare technical specifications.
• Prepare layout prints for supervisor or client.
