Ideal candidates will pull structured cabling, terminate RJ45 jacks, install aligned faceplates, and maintain neat cable runs. Expect safety protocols, on-site paperwork, and growth with a major healthcare account.

Qualifications

  • Experience pulling cable and terminating RJ45 jacks.
  • Comfortable installing faceplates and finish work.
  • Reliable transportation and ability to report for early day shift starts (5 AM or 6 AM).
  • Must pass a background check and drug screen prior to hospital site access.
  • Ability to lift 50 lbs and work in active commercial construction environments.
  • Professional appearance and reliable attendance.

Responsibilities

  • Pull structured cabling in active hospital environments
  • Terminate RJ45 jacks to company and client standards
  • Install faceplates level and properly aligned per finish specifications
  • Support cable installation across multiple Banner Health sites as assigned
  • Maintain neat, code-compliant cable runs and terminations
  • Follow all hospital site safety and access protocols
  • Complete daily paperwork, timesheets, and jobsite checklists
