Job description

Low Voltage Cable Technician - CONTRACT POSITION 8/3/2026-12/31/2026

Location: Orlando, FL (Must be able to travel to other locations within Seminole, Orange, and Osceola Counties) Mileage is reimbursed when traveling between locations.

Pay: $22/hr

Schedule: Mon to Fri 8:30a-5:00p (flexibility to sometimes come in earlier)

Summary

We are seeking a skilled and collaborative Low-Voltage Cabling Technician to join our client's cabling team. In this role, you'll be responsible for performing a variety of low-voltage installations, ensuring high-quality workmanship and adherence to industry standards.

Responsibilities
  • Execute professional low-voltage cabling installations.
  • Apply strong technical knowledge to all cabling projects.
  • Adhere strictly to industry standards and best practices for cabling.
  • Collaborate effectively with internal teams to ensure project success.
  • Communicate professionally and clearly with customers throughout the installation process.
Qualifications
  • Proven experience in low-voltage cabling installation.
  • Cat 6 and Coax cabling experience preferred..
  • Solid understanding of cabling infrastructure and relevant technologies.
  • Familiarity with industry standards and regulations.Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
  • Customer-focused with the ability to build positive relationships.
  • Basic computer knowledge helpful.
  • Must have reliable transportation and being able to travel to various facilities throughout Orange, Seminole, and Osceola counties.
