Adams in Elkhorn, WI is seeking a Low Voltage Electrician Apprentice to join our Electrical Division. You’ll learn from experienced technicians while working on residential projects that include fire alarms, CCTV, access control, structured cabling, and lighting installations.

This entry-level role focuses on hands-on training, safety, and growth into higher‑level technician positions, with starting pay of $18–$22 per hour and full‑time benefits.

Formación

• Must have a high school diploma or GED.
• Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record.
• Strong work ethic and positive attitude.
• Mechanical aptitude and ability to use hand/power tools.
• Able to lift up to 80 lbs and work in physically demanding environments.
• Able to climb ladders and work at elevated heights.

Responsabilidades

• Install, test, and troubleshoot low voltage systems.
• Assist with fire alarm, CCTV, access control, and structured cabling installations.
• Pull, terminate, label, and test low voltage cabling.
• Learn to read blueprints and installation drawings.
• Work on and help install lighting systems.
• Work alongside experienced technicians and electricians.
• Maintain safe and organized job sites.
• Participate in technical training and professional development opportunities.
