Tele-Plus Corporation is seeking experienced Low Voltage Alarm Installation & Service Technicians to join our growing team in Maryland. You will install, troubleshoot, service, and maintain commercial and residential low-voltage systems while delivering outstanding customer service.

Responsibilities include installing Fire/Burglar Alarm Systems, Access Control, CCTV, and other low-voltage systems; diagnosing issues; educating customers; and completing service documentation.

Qualifications

• Must have strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills are required.
• Mechanical aptitude and ability to safely use hand and power tools.

Responsibilities

• Install, service, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain Fire Alarm Systems, Burglar Alarm Systems, Access Control Systems, CCTV/video surveillance, and other low-voltage systems.
• Diagnose and resolve technical issues efficiently.
• Educate customers on proper operation of their systems.
• Complete service documentation accurately and on time.
