Job summary

Raytheon in Tucson, AZ is seeking an experienced engineer to design, analyze, and test Radar Cross Section (RCS) systems. This onsite role partners with integrated product teams to deliver signature-control innovations.

Candidates will have a STEM degree with 8+ years of experience (or an advanced degree with 5+ years) and must hold an active Secret clearance. Proficiency with CEM tools such as SENTRi and XPATCH is a plus.

Qualifications

• STEM degree and minimum experience (8 years) or advanced degree with 5 years’ experience.
• Experience performing RCS measurement/testing, prediction, and/or design.
• Active Secret security clearance required.

Responsibilities

• Radar Cross Section (RCS) design, analysis, and test.
• Work in integrated product teams to incorporate signature control techniques.
• Proposal writing and Basis of Estimate (BOE) development.
• Present results of testing, analysis, and design efforts to customers.
