Job summary

RTX in Tucson, AZ is seeking an experienced RCS engineer to design, analyze, and test radar cross section performance on our next-generation defense systems. This onsite role requires a strong background in STEM and a current security clearance.

You will work in integrated product teams, prepare BOEs, and present results to customers. A degree in STEM with 5–8+ years of experience or an advanced degree is expected, plus knowledge of CEM tools such as SENTRi and XPATCH.

Qualifications You Must Have

• Typically requires a degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) and a minimum of 8 years of prior relevant experience, or An Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 5 years experience
• Experience performing RCS measurement/testing, prediction, and/or design
• Secret Security Clearance

Qualifications We Prefer

• Experience with high temperature RCS reduction techniques
• Experience with Infrared signature analysis and reduction techniques
• Experience in Laser Cross Section reduction techniques
• Experience using industry standard computational electromagnetic (CEM) codessuch as SENTRi & XPATCH
• Advanced Degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM)
• Top Secret Security Clearance

The salary range for this role is 107,500 USD - 204,500 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
