Qualifications

• Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, computer engineering, mathematics, or a closely related STEM discipline.
• Intention to graduate and begin full-time employment by August 2027.
• Strong software development skills in C++, C, or Rust, along with some Python experience.
• Exceptional logical reasoning and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Work on trading systems engineering, low-latency C++ strategy development, and high-performance C++ libraries for quantitative research and data processing.
• Collaborate with senior developers to design performant, reliable systems for complex trading strategies.
• Support across trading teams to solve challenging engineering problems at scale.
• Participate in a comprehensive education program before joining a trading team.
