Job summary

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering or related quantitative field.
• Six (6) months of experience in the position offered or related experience.
• Experience testing, troubleshooting and modifying system software to resolve operational issues.
• Experience developing and maintaining software tools in C++ and Python.
• Experience developing scalable data storage and distribution systems for advanced statistical and computer analysis.
• Experience producing testing harnesses and processes in C++ and Python.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain proprietary software tools in C++ and Python to monitor and control a low-latency system.
• Troubleshoot systems in software and hardware to resolve operational issues.
• Produce testing harnesses and processes in C++ and Python.
• Implement market-specific handlers in C++ to parse data for statistical analysis and to send/receive order and execution information with markets and trading interfaces.
