Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in a relevant field.
• 5+ years in process improvement, automation, or related disciplines.
• Experience documenting and redesigning complex processes across multiple areas.
• Experience leading UAT, deployment planning, and rollouts.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and document current-state and future-state processes.
• Identify opportunities and quantify business value.
• Translate designs into developer-ready specs with flows, logic, and UI concepts.
• Design, build, test, and deploy solutions using Power Automate and Power Platform.
• Partner with Global AI Engineering for code-based work while owning UX/UAT and rollout.
• Integrate solutions with APIs and data sources within in-house scope.
• Own UAT, parallel runs, and cutover for engagements.
