Job summary

Wynn Resorts is seeking a Process Engineer to bridge business vision and technical delivery for tooling-heavy engagements. You will lead process analysis, design future-state workflows, and coordinate UAT and go-live activities.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in listed fields or equivalent experience.
5+ years in business process improvement, process engineering, or digital transformation.
Experience documenting, analyzing, and redesigning complex processes.
Experience leading UAT, deployment planning, and rollouts.
Experience partnering with technical teams and engineering on solutions.
Experience with Finance, HR, Procurement, Legal, Risk or Corporate Services functions preferred.

Responsibilities

Analyze, document, and design current and future state processes with business IT teams.
Quantify value: hours saved, error reduction, cost avoidance.
Translate designs into developer-ready specs including flows and UI concepts.
Design, build, test, deploy solutions using Power Platform and low-code/no-code tools.
Partner with Global AI Engineering for code-based builds while owning design, UAT, rollout.
Integrate solutions with enterprise APIs and data sources.
Recommend simpler, maintainable tooling and governance.
Own UAT, parallel runs, and go-live coordination.
Maintain institutional memory across engagements.
