Job summary

Huzzle is hiring a Low-Code / No-Code Automation Engineer to design, build, and optimize the company’s internal systems architecture. This hands-on builder role connects tools, automates workflows, and creates scalable infrastructure to support growth.

You’ll automate from scratch, design multi-step workflows, and structure Notion for knowledge and processes. If you enjoy reducing manual work and thinking in systems, this is the role for you.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience building advanced Google Sheets systems
• Proven experience creating workflows in Zapier and/or Make (Integromat)
• Strong understanding of APIs, webhooks, and system integrations
• Experience structuring Notion for internal knowledge base and workflow hub
• Experience building AI-powered workflows using tools like ChatGPT and Claude
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a drive to go deep and grow with the company
• Ownership‑driven and proactive—able to build systems with minimal guidance
• Strong problem‑solving skills focused on efficiency and scaling
• Experience designing full‑stack operational systems in early‑stage companies
• Background in revenue operations, growth automation, or internal tooling
• Experience connecting CRM, marketing, and fulfillment systems through automation
