Job summary

Natixis in New York City is seeking a Low-Code/No-Code Application Developer to design, build, and implement automation solutions using Power Platform, Alteryx, and SQL Server.

You will collaborate with business, IT, and control teams across global offices to map processes, draft BRDs, and deploy high-performance, scalable applications.

Qualifications

• Database expertise: deep hands-on knowledge of SQL Server, stored procedures, and relational design.
• Low-code tooling: develop custom solutions using Power Platform (Power AI, Power Automate, Power Apps), Alteryx, SharePoint with SQL Server.
• Financial services experience: production environment supporting build/run initiatives across business units.
• Analytical mindset: proactive problem identification with solutions.
• Global collaboration: cross-border teamwork across NY, Porto, Paris.
• Education: bachelor's in CS/IT or related field.
• Experience: hands-on low-code/no-code development, workflow automation, and BP modeling.
• Ecosystems: familiarity with DevOps tools such as ServiceNow, Bitbucket, Jenkins, Git.
• Integration & lifecycle: SDLC, APIs, SQL queries, system integration.
• Project management: define scope, objectives, track schedules, budgets.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and deliver high-performance applications on low-code platforms with SQL Server backend.
• Collaborate with local and global business and IT teams to understand needs.
• Analyze and map complex processes to identify automation opportunities.
• Support and maintain asset management systems.
• Manage multiple projects and support requests, prioritize to meet deadlines.
• Facilitate BRDs and translate business needs into technical specs.
• Identify bottlenecks, troubleshoot issues, and propose IT solutions.
