Job summary

Natixis NY Branch seeks a skilled Low-Code/No-Code Software Developer in New York City to design, develop, and implement automated applications on modern low-code/no-code platforms with a SQL Server backend.

You will collaborate with business, support, and IT teams globally, map and optimize processes, and maintain critical asset management systems while handling multiple projects and BRD workshops.

Qualifications

• Deep, hands-on knowledge of SQL Server and relational DB design.
• Experience with low-code/no-code platforms and automation tooling.
• Background in financial services production environments and cross‑functional support.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
• Excellent cross-border collaboration and communication.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and deliver high‑performance apps on low‑code platforms with a SQL Server backend.
• Collaborate with local and global business/IT teams to understand needs.
• Research, map, and optimize complex business processes for automation opportunities.
• Support and maintain asset management systems.
• Manage multiple projects and support requests with prioritization.
• Lead BRD workshops and translate business needs into technical specs.
• Identify bottlenecks and propose innovative IT solutions.
