Giving Home Health Care, LLC seeks compassionate RN or LPN for a 1099 contract role in Ojo Caliente, NM. The caregiver will provide in-home nursing care 4 hours weekly, on Thursdays, with care at patients’ residences and collaboration with CNAs, HHAs, case managers, and physicians.
Responsibilities include executing physician plans, patient assessments, wound care, medication administration, and thorough documentation. Must pass background checks and meet licensing requirements.

We are seeking a compassionate skilled Nurse (RN or LPN) in Ojo Caliente, NM to provide patient care in accordance with a physician-established care plan.
This is a 1099 contract opportunity, with care provided at the patient’s residence.
This patient needs 4 hours of care a week on Thursdays starting any time early to mid morning.
Once patients are accepted into the program, there is no expiration for this benefit, allowing our caregivers to build lasting relationships with their patients for years to come.
In this role, you will advocate for the patients and work one-on-one to deliver the care they need. You will collaborate with CNAs, HHAs, Case Managers, and the patient’s physicians.
