Giving Home Health Care, LLC in Chamisal, NM seeks compassionate RN or LPN for in-home care under a physician-established plan. This 1099 contract role involves 12 hours of weekly care with visits of 3–4 hours, starting no later than 2pm.
You’ll work one-on-one, collaborating with CNAs, HHAs, case managers, and physicians to advocate for and deliver patient-focused care. Requirements include RN/LPN license, CPR, TB test, physical, and ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

We are seeking a compassionate skilled Nurse (RN or LPN) in Chamisal, NM to provide patient care in accordance with a physician-established care plan.
This is a 1099 contract opportunity, with care provided at the patient’s residence. The patient needs 12 hours of weekly care and is needing 3 or 4 hour visits a week starting at 2pm at the latest.
Once patients are accepted into the program, there is no expiration for this benefit, allowing our caregivers to build lasting relationships with their patients for years to come.
In this role, you will advocate for the patients and work one-on-one to deliver the care they need. You will collaborate with CNAs, HHAs, Case Managers, and the patient’s physicians.
