The CNC Operator is responsible for the setup and operation of one or more assigned multi-axis CNC machine tools to produce component parts in accordance with engineering drawings, internal sketches, or other specifications provided by engineering.

Essential Responsibilities:
  • Meeting production schedules and standard timeframes established for setup and cycle times.
  • Setting up and operating a variety of CNC equipment to produce high-precision coupling components using engineering drawings and specifications.
  • Performing and documenting in-process QA inspections.
  • Performing follow-up operations, such as deburring, marking, and cleaning parts as required.
  • Maintaining a clean and organized work area consistently.
Minimum Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma or GED is required.
  • 2 years of CNC operator and setup experience preferred.
Physical Requirements:
  • 95% of the time on your feet and operating multiple machines.
  • Ability to lift up to 25 lbs.
  • Ability to lift over 50 lbs with proper lifting devices.
  • Repetitive movements such as twisting, bending, and hand gripping are required.
