Role Overview

The CNC Operator is responsible for setting up and operating multi-axis CNC machines to produce components based on engineering drawings and specifications.

Essential Responsibilities

• Meet production schedules and timeframes for setup and cycle times.
• Set up and operate CNC equipment to produce high-precision components.
• Perform and document in-process QA inspections.
• Follow-up operations such as deburring, marking, and cleaning.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.

Minimum Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Preferred: 2 years of CNC operation and setup experience.

Physical Requirements

• 95% of the time on feet, operating multiple machines.
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs; over 50 lbs with proper equipment.
• Repetitive movements such as twisting, bending, gripping.
